Name of Beneficiary: Happy Nambatya Kubyerwa
Happy, like her, is a cheerful person; it’s difficult to tell if she’s sad or happy. She is 17 years old, the 1st born of six children, however her parents separated just after she had completed her primary seven and her mother having no source of income, she went to stay with her untie who operates a small vegetable stall which supports the family.
She began working as a house girl at the age of 14 and became pregnant at the age of 16, though she unfortunately lost the pregnancy after three months due to health complications. Happy dreams about being able to manage her own tailoring shop after completing a tailoring course.
It’s pray that she will be able to start a tailoring business to raise money to support her other siblings and her struggling mother.
